No expenses spared  Green Valley is considered by many to be the appled jewel of Eddan. By the amount of students and goods, it ranks the top financial resource of the city. Citizens and exchange students flock to the school that welcomes over ten thousand per year, from kindergarten to high doctorate university. Composed of numerous campuses linked by underground tunnels (for both winter and later enhanced due to the night curfew), gigantic Gothic style buildings, its own intranet and even apartments and a small shopping mall, the school has everything any student could dream of or desire. With claims that list many alumni that have become high-ranked officers and presidents in various companies around the world, the current students of the future have a lot to live up to. Yet while many distinguished guests come to talk at the school and speak highly of their experiences, no one really sees them leave... Dressed up for the occasion
To keep order in this gigantic pool of people at the school easily identifiable, all students and staff are required to wear outfits which are color coded for each year. Students that live more than an hour away from the campus, are able to stay in one of dorms many student apartments around campus. A multitude of cafeterias serve different foods for all styles and diets, in a way to curb a student's homesickness.
Despite the first-class treatment, the school is free for most students thanks to a very generous city program and various companies, whose vending machines and commercials students will see around campus. There's a catch of course, sponsored students must keep their grades above a passing level. However, thanks to the follow-up programs, even those facing possible expulsion are not left behind and are followed in various after-school programs to keep their notes up to make at least passing grade. Staff is, for the most part, very welcoming. The three vice principals on campus are well respected from teachers and students alike. The principal, while rarely seen apart from the few yearly speeches, is known as a no-nonsense shrewd businesswoman who works hard behind the scenes to keep the entire scholar machine working at top efficiency. All classes begin in April, regardless of which year the student is attending (this is the same for all the schools in Eddan as well). There are four major breaks during the year, each named after the season (spring, summer, fall and winter). Saturday and Sundays are also off. Students in the higher learning years may get internships or apprenticeships, and therefore, have more days off. These widely differ from student to student and which program they are studying under...so we leave those extra days up to the player. A basic, typical year is as follows: 1st Monday of April School Year Begins. First Monday of May - Second Friday of May Spring Break. First Monday of July - Secound Friday of August Summer Break. Third Monday of September - First Friday of October Fall Break. Second Monday of December - Second Friday of January Winter Break. 1st Monday of March School Year Ends.
